1.  In terms of Railway Board’s letter No.E(NG)II/2005/RC-4/SC/2 Pt.I, RBE No.61/2025 dated 30-06-2025 and RBE No.59/2024 dated 28-06-2024, Railway Board’s letter No. E(NG)II/2024/RC-4/9, RBE No.96/2024 dated 15-10-2024, RBE No.115/2024 dated 31-12-2024 and RBE No.55/2025  dated 20-06-2025, applications are hereby invited from retired Railway Employees (normal retired persons) for engagement under the scheme of Re-engagement of retired staff in exigencies of service to work in the following post on monthly remuneration basis against existing vacant post in Central Hospital, Maligaon of Medical Department of  N. F. Railway/HQ Unit.

2.  Applications are to be submitted either in ONLINE or OFFLINE mode as instructed in the notification.

3.  Age Limit : Must be below 64 years age as on 31 July, 2026.

       Maximum age limit for which re-engagement shall continue will be 65 years.

4.   The scheme will remain in vogue for an initial period of 2 years from the date of issue of instruction or till further orders, whichever is earlier. Engagement period will be upto 15-10-2026 or till further orders whichever is earlier. However, based on satisfactory performance of a re-engaged retired staff, his/her period of engagement can further be extended for a further period of one year or till attainment of 65 years, whichever is earlier subject to extension of the scheme of re-engagement of retired staff by Railway Board after 15-10-2026.

5.  Attested photo copy of following mandatory documents should be uploaded with the application :- 

                i.  Pension Payment Order
 ii.  Pensioner Identity Card
 iii.  Bank Pass Book (1st  Page) indicating A/C No. & IFSC Code
 iv.  PAN Card
 v.  Aadhar Card
 vi.  Passport size color photographs (3 copies at the time of DV).

6.  The last date for submission of the application is 31 July, 2026. Applications received after the last date of submission will not be accepted/entertained.

 

7.     Applicants will be called for interview by fixing a suitable date.
